The main mission of such an initiative is to prepare the Crimean Tatar youth professional elite for the de-occupation of Crimea.

"The Crimean Tatar people face not only the task of preserving their identity, but also their development as the indigenous people of Crimea. The Crimean Tatars are powerful potential to achieve a high level of professionalism in the political, economic, social, cultural and other spheres of public life. At the same time, it is important to develop leadership skills, management skills and critical thinking among the Crimean Tatar youth," said Emine Dzhaparova, First Deputy Minister of Information Ukrainian politics.
